Doctor Pig
​
The last person to place their thumb on the table must drink. The player who drew the card can choose when the thumb should be used and loses the card if another player draws a new 5.
Heaven
​
The player can raise a hand in the air. The last person to raise their hand must drink. The player who drew the card can choose when to use the card and loses it if another player draws a new 7.
Rhyme
​
The player who draws the card must say a word. The person to the left must then say a word that rhymes, and this continues until someone in the group can no longer come up with a rhyme. The loser must drink. Note: The same word cannot be used more than once.
Questions
​
The rule is to only ask questions, and you're not allowed to answer the question that is asked. This means that a question must always be answered with another question. The first player who answers the question or fails to ask a new and unique question must drink. The person who drew the card starts and can direct the question to any chosen player.

Waterfall
​
Everyone starts drinking at the same time as the player who drew the card. The player to the left can drink for as long as they want, and after they stop, the next player can drink for as long as they want. This continues until each person has someone to their left who has stopped drinking. The person who drew the Ace can then finish their drinking.
Mate
​
The player who draws the card chooses someone to drink with for the rest of the game. If the player who drew the card drinks, the chosen person must always drink as well. If the chosen person drinks, the player who drew the card does not have to drink.
Category
​
The player chooses a category. The person to the left must then come up with a word that fits within the category, and this continues until someone in the group can no longer think of a word that fits. The loser must drink. Note: The same word cannot be used more than once.
Chief
​
The player can place a hand on their head. The last person to place their hand on their head must drink. The player who drew the card can choose when to use the card and loses it if another player draws a new King.
