Doctor Pig is usually played alongside other drinking games at a pre-party. Choose a player to be the pig. When the pig places their thumb on the table, everyone must freeze. The last person in the room to freeze must finish their drink. Afterward, that person becomes the pig and can do the same again. You are not allowed to do the pig move until 15 minutes after receiving it.
